Extrusion

Our extrusion process transforms high-quality raw materials into durable LDPE and LLDPE film engineered for strength, clarity and performance. This film becomes the foundation for all our packaging products, ensuring consistency, reliability and superior protection across diverse applications.

Printing

Our state-of-the-art, gearless 8-colour Uteco Onyx press—acquired just two years ago—delivers world-class printing quality at speeds of up to 400 metres per minute. This technology enables sharp, vibrant, and consistent branding on every product, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and providing customers with high-performance, visually striking packaging.

Lamination

Our lamination process bonds multiple layers of film to enhance strength, durability, and barrier protection. This ensures premium-quality packaging with improved resistance to moisture, puncture, and environmental conditions, ideal for customers requiring long-lasting, high-performance solutions that meet exact industry standards.

Slitting

Our precision slitting process converts master rolls into accurately sized, uniform reels using advanced high-speed slitting equipment. Each roll is precisely trimmed and expertly rewound to deliver clean edges, consistent tension, and dependable quality—ensuring smooth downstream processing and reliable performance in your operations.

Bag Making

Our bag making process converts printed or plain rolls into finished bags with precision and consistency. Using advanced machinery, the film is cut, sealed, and shaped to exact customer specifications—including gussets, handles, punch holes, and spine seals. Each bag is perfectly heat-sealed to ensure strength, durability, and dependable quality for industrial and commercial use.
